All of our cakes, from custom-decorated traditional chocolate and vanilla special-occasion cakes to our specialty cakes, are made to your specifications using only the finest ingredients, including pure cream and butter, Callebaut chocolates, and fresh fruits.

Some favourites are: chocolate sour cream cake with chocolate ganache, carrot or banana cake with Philadelphia Cream Cheese Icing, and white sponge cake with buttercream icing and fresh fruit.

We also bake authentic New York style cheesecakes in many delicious flavours. Our lighter-than-air angel food cake is made from fresh egg whites and topped with your choice of fruit glazes.
